Hi, I'm Connor Madden, the founder of Bridging The Gap.
After over a decade of critically analysing the property industry and identifying key barriers facing aspiring investors — particularly from a legal and compliance standpoint — I saw a clear gap: people had the ambition to get started, but lacked the right tools, support, and guidance to take action with confidence.
That’s what led me to create Bridging The Gap — a platform built to simplify the process, cut through confusion, and provide everyday people with real education and vetted property opportunities that are actually accessible, practical, and fair.
Before entering the property world, I served four years in the British Armed Forces, including operational deployment on Operation Herrick 18 in Afghanistan, where I worked directly with local communities to build trust and develop strategies that met their needs. That experience taught me a deep respect for honesty, collaboration, and doing what’s right — not what’s easiest.
I’ve carried that mindset into everything I do. For me, fairness isn’t just a word — it’s a standard. Whether I was on operations overseas or helping someone navigate their first property investment, my goal has always been the same: to deliver solutions that genuinely serve people’s best interests.
In 2022, I earned a Master’s in Law from Northumbria University, strengthening my ability to help others navigate the legal complexities of the property sector with clarity and confidence. Education is a lifelong pursuit, and I'm committed to sharing what I’ve learned in a way that empowers others.
